AI Disclosure

The coach in My Body Diet is an AI, not a human. It lives inside the app, and every new conversation starts with a reminder of this.

• Identifies foods and portions from your photos, text or voice, so you can confirm them.
• Answers questions using your own logs and reviewed educational sources.
• Replies in your language: English, Spanish or Portuguese.

• It does not diagnose or treat any condition.
• It does not prescribe diets and does not replace a doctor or a nutrition professional.
• It does not calculate, suggest or change medication doses, or convert medication units.
• It does not create nutrition numbers. Calories, protein, fiber and other values come from the USDA database and the sum of ingredients.
• It does not help you buy medications or find pharmacies or other sources.

AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check what it says, confirm entries before you save them and talk with your care team about health decisions. You can report a wrong answer from the conversation.

If a conversation suggests an emergency or a crisis, the coach stops and shows how to get help right away, such as 911 for emergencies and 988 for emotional crisis in the United States, or the local numbers listed in our Medical Disclaimer.

To answer you, the AI receives only the information needed for that answer. Our AI provider is Google, through its paid API in the United States, and under our agreement your content is not used to train their models. You can turn AI features off in your profile.

You can ask for a person at any time, from the Support page or by asking the coach to talk with support in the app. A person from the My Body Diet team will reply by email.

Paid plans include a monthly amount of AI use. The app shows how much you have used as a percentage.
