Refund Policy

Every purchase has a 7-day guarantee counted from the date of the first payment. If you ask within that time, for any reason, you get a full refund.

Ask for the refund through Hotmart, using the purchase email or receipt it sent you, or write to contato@bodyapp.com.br and we will process it for you. Refunds go back to the original payment method. When the money appears depends on Hotmart and on your bank or card issuer.

If you are a consumer in Brazil, you also have the right of withdrawal of the Consumer Protection Code (article 49): within 7 days of the purchase you can give up the purchase and get back all amounts paid, using the same channel you used to buy.

If the law of your country gives you a longer or broader right, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom, that right applies on top of this policy.

The guarantee applies to the first payment of a subscription, and renewals do not start a new guarantee period. You can cancel at any time to stop the next charge. If you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, write to us within 7 days of that charge and we will review it in good faith.

Cancel without a fee in two clicks on the Subscription page in your account, or directly with Hotmart. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your data stays available for you to export or delete.

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A refund through Hotmart or through us is usually faster and keeps your account in good standing.
