• Local storage and offline cache, so the app opens faster and keeps your quiz answers and unsent drafts on your device.

On public pages only, such as the home page, pricing, the quiz and its plan and the free calculators, My Body Diet may use measurement and advertising cookies from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta. They count visits and show which ads lead to a purchase. They never run inside the app or on screens that ask about medication, weight or symptoms, and they never receive health information or anything you log in the app. Where the law requires prior consent, as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, they run only after you accept them. You can turn them off at any time with Cookie settings, and we treat the Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a banner with Accept all, Reject all and Choose, all at the same level. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every public page. We treat the Global Privacy Control signal of your browser as a rejection of optional cookies. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

The sign-in session lasts while you stay signed in. The language cookie lasts up to 12 months. Your cookie choice lasts 6 months, and then we ask again. The region cookie lasts one day.
